Testa Rüsa

Rose wine

Vinification in rosé with native yeasts, maceration for 3/4 hours. Temperatures range from 18 to 24° C to encourage the development of aromas. Ageing is done in 500-litre steel barrels for about 3 months with a pause on the yeasts removed with the batonnage technique. Before marketing in bottles with cork is made a maturation of 3 months.

It goes well with finger food, and fish dishes. Excellent aperitif wine.

Recommended serving temperature 12°C
