How do I purchase the gift voucher?
Select the direction and enter the number of people you would like to give the experience to, then proceed to checkout and payment.
At the end of the purchase, you will receive an order notification email and confirmation via WhatsApp.
Within 72 working hours, you will receive the voucher to print and give to the recipient.
The voucher is not a travel ticket: it will allow the recipient to book the journey independently on the Vigezzina Centovalli website.
Where can I collect the products included in the gift voucher?
The products can be collected at Agriturismo Edoardo Patrone, just a few minutes’ walk from Domodossola station.
How long is the gift voucher valid for?
From the moment you receive the voucher, you have 12 months to redeem it.
The voucher cannot be redeemed during the Foliage Train period and during the Christmas markets in Santa Maria Maggiore.
What happens if my voucher has expired?

How do I redeem the voucher?
Access the Vigezzina Centovalli booking portal and enter the voucher number received by email.
After selecting “Redeem the voucher”, you will find certain parameters that cannot be changed, such as the departure and arrival locations.
You can change the date while keeping the same date for the outbound and return journeys. Do not select intermediate stops.
Seat reservation and any panoramic supplement are included.
Can I change the direction after purchase?
No. Once the purchase has been made, the direction “Round trip from Domodossola to Locarno” or “Round trip from Locarno to Domodossola” cannot be changed.
When can I not use the voucher?
The voucher cannot be redeemed during the Foliage Train period and during the Christmas markets in Santa Maria Maggiore.
Which trains can I travel on?
The voucher is valid on Vigezzina Centovalli Railway trains from Domodossola to Locarno, departing from the underground gallery at Domodossola station.
Can I change the date or request a refund?
Once redeemed, the voucher is non-refundable and cannot be changed.
What does the gift voucher include?
Adult, over 16 years old:
Domodossola–Locarno round trip or vice versa,
seat reservation and a bottle of PSB wine.
Child, 6–16 years old:
Domodossola–Locarno round trip or vice versa,
seat reservation and fruit juice or biscuits.
Child, 0–5 years old:
Domodossola–Locarno round trip or vice versa
with seat reservation; free ticket.
