Winemaking

20-day maceration at 26–30 °C to encourage extraction from the grape skins. Separation of the grape seeds on the fifth day to maintain a soft tannic structure.

Aging

In French oak tonneaux for approximately 18 months.

Garnet.

Aroma

Complex aromas of woodland undergrowth, hazelnut, smoke, toasted bread, tomato leaves, dried plum and black fruit.

Taste

Well-structured and balanced, with soft, harmonious tannins.
